Product Description
Reproduction of the standard issue fieldgray wool Model 34 "Schiffchen" worn by troops of the German Army throughout WWII. These are made from feldgrau uniform cloth and lined with gray cotton twill of the type used in M36/ M40 tunics. Most often, "Bevo" pattern eagle and cockade were worn on these caps, as well as soutache in the appropriate branch of service color.
Most troops pinned or tacked the center seam closed to give the cap a more stylish appearance.
