Reproduction metal cap skull worn by the WS. Although normally associated with visor caps, these were also occasionally worn on overseas, camo and M43 caps. Maker marked "RZM M1/52" on the back. This is an original maker code for Deschler & Sohn in Munich. ("52" is NOT the year)
Note: Although most enthusiasts prefer the "antiqued" insignia, originals look more like these- they were colored either by silver plating or a silver wash (paint).
