Same design as the WW2 "Esbit" brand soldier's stove. Simply open the flaps, and light a heat tab to warm a canteen cup, mess tin or other container (plastic is probably a bad idea). Just because someone will ask- the way one distinguishes these from the WW2 model is simple- these are stamped "Bund" and have the Bundeswehr part number on them. Used, very good condition. HAND wash only. Do not use the dishwasher!

Note: We no longer have fuel tablets. Look up "trioxane fuel" online. Numerous outdoor vendors sell them for under $5 per pack.
