Type 1 cover made from original fabric and thread in early Planetree 3-4. This fabric came from a damaged 1939 dated Zeltbahn, and is the only one we can make with the number present. The colors are faded and worn, but not dreadfully so. For assembly, we used WWII thread in 2-3 shades of gray, with exact reproduction clips, springs and rivets. Size 2, best fits 62 or 64 shells (shown on a size 64 M40).
