New pouch for the Carlisle field dressing in the metal tin. OD #3. These were the most common style used during WW2. We are the only company that actually makes these correctly using 5.75" wide webbing rather than a piece of canvas. Indistinguishable from the originals. This model is not large enough to hold the later dressings in the cardboard boxes.
