Reproduction of the 14-280 Medical Case used by Navy Corpsman. These were developed prior to the War and were worn concurrently with the corpsman pouches below. The Medical case is a simple shoulder bag that may also be attached to the belt. The corpsman selected the specific items they would need for a given operation and packed the bag accordingly. Originals have a rather short shoulder strap. Ours is longer so the bag can actually be worn at waist level rather than in your armpit. (If one is 400 pounds or 7ft. tall it may still be short...) Otherwise identical to the originals.

Care: Hand clean & air dry only! Machine washing and/ or dryers will cause shrinkage and damage to hardware.
