US WWII M1C Paratrooper helmet made using military issue liners and steel pots. We use "rear seam" shells, refinish them with texture and OD paint, hardened in a paint oven, then add new reproduction OD3 chinstraps and buckles.
Liners are our Grade 2 refurbished WWII or Micarta types, with all new OD3 webbing, sweat band, leather chinstrap, chin cup, A-yokes, and nape strap.
All parts (except the chinstrap webbing) are made in USA.
Notes:
Perfection? Steel helmets are NOT new. Small dings, dents or signs of their decades of service are likely. Liners are also 70+ years old and some evidence of use is certain. That said, all parts are stripped, cleaned and repaired if necessary as part of the refinish.
Sizes? M1 Helmets come only in ONE size. The sweatband and suspension are adjustable.
Maker choices? No. We cannot fill demands for specific manufacturers of pots or liners.
